This gallery provides a collection of Java* applets using the JMedia
Player for your Web authoring and development tasks.
The applets found here will act as both practical and informational
references when using this Java packages.
Currently, only a small number of applets have been included. But, we
encourage developers using the JMedia Player to freely submit their applets by
sending us email at jmedia@mailbox.intel.com.
JMedia Player Applets
- Validation Test Applet
- use this applet to verify that the JMedia Player SDK and Runtimes have been
successfully installed on your PC.

Applet - demonstrates how JavaScript can be used to interact with an applet that uses
the Java Media Framework API.

- this applet demonstrates the flexibility and control of two Java media players.
- Simple video bean
- a JavaBean that encapsulates the video playback capabilities of the JMedia Player.
- Video Caption
Applet - a video applet synchronized with text captioning.
Note: Before viewing any applet in this Gallery make sure you have the JMedia Player Runtime or SDK installed.
